class bayesline.api.StableIdentityEnum(new_class_name, /, names, *, module=None, qualname=None, type=None, start=1, boundary=None)

An enum whose class and member names are stored as durable identities.

identity is built from both, so neither may be renamed once anything has been stored against it: a rename yields a different identity and silently strands whatever the old one keyed.
